We have an outstanding track-record of successful outcomes for applicants and our case handling process includes:

- Preparation of a tailored schedule of information and documentation which reflects your individual circumstances and ensures all supporting evidence is in place.
- Completion of online or paper application forms and covering correspondence, including details of your personal circumstances, relevant case law and submissions.
- Guidance and one-to-one support through the entire submission process
Your options for submitting your immigration application. . .
Option 1: E2W prepares and submits an application directly to the Home Office on your behalf and a decision could typically take several months to me made.
Option 2: You can opt to use the on-line Tier 2 Priority Service if applying to extend or switch into the Tier 2 Skilled Worker category in which case you will normally receive a decision within 10 working days.
Option 3: You can submit a request for your decision to be expedited once submitted if you are applying in certain “Settlement” categories and will normally receive a decision within 5 working days.
Option 4: As an In-Country Visa applicant, you can also engage the Home Office directly and opt for their ‘Premium’ submission service if you are applying to extend your visa or apply for settlement in certain categories. In this instance, we will assist you in arranging to submit your application in person in which case you’d be likely to receive a decision on the same day (dependent on category).
Please note that Options 2, 3 and 4 attract a premium on the standard Home Office application fee.
We can provide you with all the information you need to decide on the best option for you and, whichever option you choose, we can assist you in making all the necessary arrangements.

DC is the Director of Chef Express UK Ltd, part of the international GruppoCremonini group responsible for the administration of catering services to Eurostar and other national rail franchises. DC sought our assistance with the temporary relocation of two senior members of staff from Russia to the UK; we advised DC on the most relevant category of application and assisted him with preparing applications under Tier 2 (ICT Skills Transfer) both of which were successful and resulted in valuable placements for both the staff members and the company/group.
“The advice was clear and comprehensive from the outset; we were unfamiliar with the relevant Home office regulations but E2W helped us to understand the process and guide us to successful conclusions in both cases”
