The Process. Ifs and buts
BA approached us on the recommendation of a friend and previous client following the appointment of several “leading immigration firms” to deal with her matter, which ended in disappointment, stress and financial outlay. Her matter involved an appeal against the refusal of her husband’s entry clearance to join her in the UK.
E2W provided BA with a clear appraisal of her situation and the prospects of successfully appealing the decision with a realistic estimate of the costs involved. We then proceeded to piece together a robust legal challenge to the adverse decision received by her husband, addressing the legal flaws and highlighting the positive aspects of their relationship and circumstances. Through a combination of meticulous preparation, expertise and experience, we were able to achieve a positive decision on appeal and reunite BA and her husband in the UK on a permanent basis. Further, we have recently been involved in the next part of their immigration journey by successfully applying for an extension of stay on behalf of BA’s husband and look forward to completing the journey for them by applying for residency and citizenship when the appropriate milestones are reached.
“On hindsight had I found Paris (at E2W) on the first go I’m sure I would have been approved on the first application – her expertise and professionalism was/is worth every penny. I would highly recommend Paris and E2W. She is straight forward, thorough, detail oriented and punctual. I’ve trusted her to handle my very complicated first spouse visa which she successfully arbitrated at the upper tribunal and also my visa renewal this past year”
